Residents of Old Town Campground had a spooktacular time at Old Town Campground's Halloween/Oktoberfest potluck on October 28th! This annual event is always a crowd-pleaser, and this year was no different. Amy, one of our fabulous permanent residents, enchanted everyone with her witch costume, while Tripp, our furry campground mascot and manager's pet, scuttled around as a spooky spider. But enough about the costumes, let's talk about the real star of the show - the food! Our potluck was a tasty feast of Oktoberfest-type foods. Dave, our resident grill master, grilled up mouthwatering sausages and hot dogs. And that's just the beginning! We had a vibrant medley of peppers and onions, creamy macaroni & cheese, hearty chili, delectable sausage casserole, and the ever-so-delicious Zuppa Tuscana. But wait, there's more! Everyone also indulged in an assortment of beans, tangy South Carolina coleslaw, and a variety of tasty sides that made our taste buds dance with joy. And let's not forget about dessert - we had e an array of scrumptious cakes that satisfied even the sweetest tooth. But the fun doesn't end there! Mark your calendars because our next potluck is just around the corner. On November 23rd, we'll be hosting our ever-popular Thanksgiving dinner. So save room in your bellies for a feast that will leave you feeling thankful and satisfied. Don't miss out on the excitement and deliciousness that our potlucks bring. Join us at Old Town Campground for our winter season, monthly potlucks that will be sure to tickle your funny bone and delight your taste buds. Trust us, you won't want to miss a single bite!
